Annotation
Three generations of women survive easterly wind, fire, madness, superstition and even death through goodness, lies and an unlimited vitality. Raimunda is married to an unemployed laborer, and they have a teenage daughter. Her sister Sole makes a living as a hairdresser. When their mother dies in a fire, she returns as a ghost to sort out the situations she couldn't resolve while living.
