In Carry-On, set in Los Angeles on Christmas Day, airport security officer Ethan Kopek volunteers for a tougher assignment, hoping for a promotion. His pregnant girlfriend also works there. But things take a dark turn when a mysterious caller threatens her life unless Ethan allows banned luggage through the scanner. His holiday shift becomes a nightmare.
