Annotation

Movie Kangaroo follows washed-up weatherman Chris Masterman after he’s stranded in a remote Outback town near Alice Springs. Reluctantly teaming up with 12-year-old Indigenous girl Charlie, he helps rescue and rehabilitate orphaned joeys. The unlikely friendship pulls Chris into the community - and into a cause that reshapes what he believes he can do.
