One Life recounts the incredible journey of British humanitarian Nicholas Winton, who, on the brink of World War II, rescued hundreds of Central European children from the Nazis. In 1988, haunted by the fate of those he couldn't save, Winton is surprised on a live BBC show, meeting the surviving children, now adults. This poignant film explores his guilt and grief, offering a heartfelt account of his selfless acts.
